Hi Kim, I am really a quilter (relatively new to blog land) with a love of calligraphy. I follow tracemarks, and got seduced by your blog title to popping over to your blog - and I am so glad I did. Your bird drawings and books are just delightful. I know using text is all the rage at the moment, but I think the text really does enhance the images and the tea staining. What kind of tea bags do you use? As an avid tea drinker, maybe I should learn to recycle mine! I love the way you often use a dotted line to link up the pages of your book - and your wee book is delicious. I will look in again. Hilary Florence

Really lovely book of birds Kim Am a tad jealous - I am struggling to come up with the right concepts for my imminent bird book - Fiona's and my next collaboration. The scope is so huge I have had trouble pinning down ideas. Yours just seem to flow beautifully .....
Really special, Kim!
