Face Painting for Fun

I haven't painted a face for far too long, and I have been wanting to.

So the other evening (close to bed time) I saw a copy of this face that I had drawn a long time ago sitting on my desk. It was only a small copy of it (5 X 7 or so), and it wasn't really on good paper for painting, but I decided to spend some time painting it anyway.....just for the fun of it.

Well I stayed up too late, but finished the painting. Lost some depth in it from the drawing, but I was really just painting for fun, so I didn't mind. I will paint it again another time with the proper paper.

Today I was supposed to be doing other things, but procrastination set in and I decided to play with my painting on the computer and ended up with this. Not sure if I will use it for something, or if it is just more playing.

I have been wanting to make another Dream Catcher book, (since my last one sold) but I don't know if this will be the image for the front cover or not.
I also don't know when I will get around to making the book, as I have a number of other books to bind and art to create before I will get time ..... especially if I keep procrastinating like this!
